Ordering Procedures

DWC Customer Service Representatives are available Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to assist you with ordering and product/account inquires.

Web "Invoices" are not final, you will recieve your final invoice with your delivery. 

Orders need to be placed 2 business days prior to delivery by 4:00 P.M

Will Call Procedures

Will Call: our customers are welcome to pick up product from our office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All pick-ups need to be called in prior to your arrival either to our office or your Customer Sales Representative.

Special Orders

Special Order items require a 1 to 6 week lead time. All special order items will be delivered on the next available delivery day upon being received by our office. Special Orders offer more opportunities and require working closely with our staff to ensure satisfaction. Special Order items are non-returnable to DWC Specialties.
