Dear Valued Customer,

 

Due to increases in delivery Costs we are adjusting our Shipping Policy.  These changes will become effective February 1, 2013. Please note the following:

 

DWC Specialties Truck Deliveries

 

Weekly Routes Free Delivery:  $125.00 minimum, Deliveries under the minimum will have a $7.00 delivery charge added to the invoice.

 

Bi-Weekly  Routes Free Delivery: $300.00 minimum, Deliveries under the minimum will be charged 10% of invoice.

 

 

Spee Dee Delivery Shipments

 

Delivery:  50.00 Minimum,  Shipping charge is 10 % of invoice amount. Orders under $50.00 minimum will be charged full shipping charges.

Deliveries/Order Check In
Your Deliveries will arrive on a scheduled delivery route. Upon delivery you will receive a printed invoice with the products. Please review the items on your invoice with our Delivery Driver. Any discrepancies should be noted on the invoice, our driver will immediately notify our office of any discrepancies upon completing your delivery. Claims on shortages need to be made while our Delivery Driver is present.
After checking in your order with our Delivery Driver, please sign the delivery invoice. The signed invoice is returned to DWC Specialties for our files, the remaining copy is yours, for your records.

Returns/Credits
Please contact our office with items you would request credit or return. Our Delivery Drivers need return notification by our office to accept returns. Nonperishable food items are returnable to our office within two weeks after delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable.
